   Crush cookies into fine crumbs; set aside.

   Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar in separate bowl.

   Mix pudding and milk well. Combine the cheese mixture and pudding in large bowl.

   Add Cool Whip.

   In large pan or bowl, alternate layers of cookies and pudding, starting and ending with cookies.

   Refrigerate until served.

   Can be decorated with gummi worms or flowers and served with a trowel.
