   Process Oreos to crumbs through a food processor.

   Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar until smooth.

   Combine pudding and milk.

   Combine cream cheese mixture, pudding and Cool Whip.

   Layer mix alternately.

   Begin with Oreos and end with Oreos in 12-inch plastic flowerpot.

   Top with silk flowers.
