  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar.

    Blend milk and pudding.

    Let set, then fold in Cool Whip.
