  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together milk, pudding and Cool Whip; set aside.

    Mix together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Combine the 2 mixtures and then layer with crushed Oreos.
