   Crush cookies until fine; set aside.

   In large bowl, add milk to pudding mix.

   Mix well.

   Add cream cheese and Cool Whip.

   Blend well.

   Add powdered sugar.

   Mix well.

   In bowl or flower pot, layer crumbs and pudding mixture, starting and finishing with crumbs.
