  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    Crumb Oreos and set aside.

    Cream margarine, cream cheese and confectioners sugar and set aside.

    Mix milk and vanilla pudding together and fold into Cool Whip and add to cream cheese mixture.
