   Prepare instant pudding using 2 cups of milk.

   Put in refrigerator.

   Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese.

   Layer in a sand pail as follows:

   half of pudding, half of cream cheese mixture and half of crushed Oreo cookies; repeat.

   Serve with a toy shovel.
