   Crush cookies (blender works well).

   Set aside.

   Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar in small bowl (set aside).

   Mix milk and pudding.

   Fold in Cool Whip in a large bowl.

   Blend in the cream cheese mixture.

   Layer crushed Oreos and mixture, alternating layers.
