Name: Dirt Cake
Ingredients: 1 pkg. Oreo cookies; 1/2 stick butter; 1 c. powdered sugar; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding; 3 1/2 c. milk; 12 oz. Cool Whip; 3 qt. size pail or flowerpot; gummy worms; artificial flowers

1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 qt. size pail or flowerpot
gummy worms
artificial flowers

Directions

Crush cookies in blender and set aside.

Mix butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

In another bowl prepare pudding by beating pudding mix and milk together.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Fold cream cheese mixture in pudding mixture and blend together.

Layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture:

1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding and 1/3 cookies. Chill to set.

Poke in gummy worms and flowers.

Great for kids' birthday parties.

Serve with a plastic shovel.
