  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix sugar, cream cheese, margarine and Cool Whip; set aside. Mix vanilla pudding and milk, then mix all together.

    Put cookie crumbs on, then some filling, then some filling, then cookie crumbs on top.

    Place gummy worms on top.
