Dirt Cake

Directions

   Crush Oreos to a fine crumble; set aside.

   Cream the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.

   In a large bowl, mix pudding according to package directions.

   Add the cheese mixture; mix until smooth.

   Stir in Cool Whip.

   Fill clay pot (a sterilized, new flowerpot) with alternate layers of cookie crumbs and pudding mixture, beginning and ending with cookie crumbs. Cover top with foil or plastic.

   Freeze or refrigerate.

   Before serving, insert a plastic flower in the middle.

   Use a hand spade as serving spoon.
