Directions

   In one bowl, mix together the first 3 ingredients.

   In a second bowl, mix together the milk, pudding and Cool Whip.

   Fold both mixtures together.

   In a medium size plastic flowerpot, layer the Oreos, then pudding until pot is full.

   On the top, use the 12 Oreo cookies only; these must be grated fine.

   Place a plastic or silk poinsettia or any flower in the pot and you have a special Christmas present or unique birthday gift.
