  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar in a small bowl.

    In another bowl, mix milk, vanilla pudding and Cool Whip. Add second mixture to first mixture.

    Crush Oreo cookies.
