  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick amrgarine
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cook Whip

Directions

    Crush in food processor Oreo cookies.

    Cream the cheese, sugar and butter together.

    Whip it up and then stir in cool whip.

    Add cream cheese mixture and stir all together.

    Layer in a bowl - cookies first, then cheese mixture, cookies, cheese, etc.
