  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar (powdered)
  • 2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    Crush Oreos and set aside.

    Cream the cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar.

    Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

    Add the cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture together and mix well.
