  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding

    Chop Oreo cookies in blender until it looks like dirt.

    Put into a large bowl and set aside.

    In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

    Set aside.

    In large bowl, mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip until slightly thickened. Combine the butter mixture with the pudding mixture and blend.
