  • 1 lb. Oreo cookies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Cream together in small bowl the cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar.

    Mix in a large bowl until thick the milk, pudding and vanilla.

    Mix the ingredients together with Cool Whip.
