   Blend butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Mix pudding and milk.

   Mix mixtures together.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Use a plastic flower pot.

   Layer cookie crumbs, mixture, crumbs and mixture.

   Add gummy worms on top.

   Refrigerate.
