   Crush cookies; set aside.

   In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth.

   In another bowl, mix pudding and milk until well blended.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Add cream cheese mixture.

   Alternate layers, starting

   with crumbs, pudding and ending with crumbs.

   Chill overnight.
