  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 c. soft margarine
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • 2 plastic flower pots (6 1/2 x 6-inches)

    Crush cookies fine in food processor.

    Blend margarine, cream cheese and sugar together.

    Mix milk with pudding mix.

    Mix pudding with cream cheese mixture until smooth.

    Add Cool Whip and gently fold together.

    Put a layer of crushed cookies in bottom of pot, then a layer of filling.

    Alternate layers, ending with cookies to resemble potting soil.

    Place artificial flower in center after refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

    Can be frozen.
