  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Directions

    Crush the Oreo cookies very fine until the filling is gone; set aside.

    Cream the margarine and cream cheese together; set aside. Mix sugar and Cool Whip.

    Combine the milk, vanilla pudding and vanilla.

    When set, add this to the margarine and cream cheese.
