   Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar.

   Mix milk and pudding; add to butter mixture and mix well.

   Add Cool Whip; mix again.

   Crush Oreos; use food processor.

   Take a new flowerpot and layer Oreos, then mixture, starting and ending with oreos.

   You can use gummy worms in the cake and place silk flowers on top.
