  • 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    Crush Oreos and set aside.

    Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar; set aside.

    In another bowl, mix pudding and milk 1 to 2 minutes until well blended.

    Fold pudding mix into cream cheese mixture (not all at once).

    Then fold in whipped topping.
