  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • gummy worms

Directions

    Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    In another bowl mix milk and pudding; beat until it thickens.

    Fold in Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.

    Break up Oreo cookies and put in a blender until crushed very fine.
