   Crush Oreo cookies.

   Beat butter, sugar and cheese in one bowl.

   In a second bowl, beat milk, pudding and Cool Whip. Combine the butter mixture with the pudding mixture, mixing well. Beginning with the Oreo cookies, alternate layers of Oreo cookies and the pudding mixture.

   Chill or freeze.

   Ideas for party:

   Fix the layers in lined plastic flower pot or sand bucket.

   Top with plastic flowers, gummy worms or spiders.
