  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Crush Oreos; mix butter, cheese and sugar, then mix milk, dry pudding and Cool Whip together.

    Then put both mixtures together. Layer cookies and mixture.
