  • 1 pkg. Oreos
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter

    Chop Oreos very fine. Add 1/2 mixture whipped cream cheese, margarine and sugar. Mix in Cool Whip. In another bowl, whip pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Fold two mixtures together. Next put whipped mixture, then top with remaining Oreos.
