  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding

    Blend cookies in grinder or processor to a fine dirt like consistency.

    Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese.

    Mix pudding, vanilla and creamed mixture.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Layer cookies and cream mixture until full.

    Last layer is cookie topping.

    Refrigerate overnight.
