   a large Ziploc bag and beat senseless. Place Oreo

   crumbs

   into food processor and grind to a powder. Set aside Oreo

   crumbs.

   food processor cream together margarine and

    cream cheese, mixing well.

    Add powdered sugar to cream cheese

    mixture and mix well.

    Add milk and continue mixing

    until completely

    combined.

    Add dry pudding mix next and mix well. Add Cool Whip last and fold in until mixture is smooth.

    large pan pat 1/2 of the Oreo crumbs in bottom of pan.

    cream cheese mixture over Oreos and add remaining Oreo crumbs on top.
