  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 stick butter (soft)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Fix pudding as directed.

    Crush up Oreo cookies.

    Place half of cookies on bottom of pan.

    Mix pudding, cream cheese, butter, sugar and Cool Whip.

    Place mixture over Oreos, then spread the rest of Oreo cookies on top of mixture.
