- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Spread crushed cookies on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup crumbs for later use.

2Mix whipped topping, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.

3In separate bowl, mix the pudding with the milk.

4Mix with cream cheese mixture; spread over the cookies. Top with the leftover crumbs.

5Chill well.
