3 cups Milk
2 boxes (3.4 Oz. Each) Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 package (15 Oz. Size) Oreo Cookies
1 package Gummy Worms, 5 Ounce Size

In a large bowl combine Cool Whip, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well then set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together milk and pudding mix, whipping until thickened. Combine the two mixtures together and spread into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs remain. Then cover the pudding with the Oreo crumbs, making sure you cover the entire top. Tuck worms all over the surface.

Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
