- 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Crush Oreo cookies fine and put half in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Mix milk, cream cheese, instant pudding and vanilla.

3Pour over Oreos and put the remaining crushed cookies over top.

4Cover with Cool Whip.

5Save small amount of cookies to decorate top of dessert.

6Sprinkle lightly over Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

7Can be decorated with gummy worms.
