Dirty Rice

   Cook rice.

   Brown ground beef and sausage together.

   Salt and pepper.

   Cut garlic clove and onion and chop bell pepper in with ground meat and sausage.

   Drain meat.

   Combine rice and meat in large casserole dish.

   Add can of cream of mushroom and sprinkle Kitchen Bouquet to the darkness you want.

   Mix well until all rice is brown in color.

   Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.
