  • 175g plain flour
  • 100g butter
  • 2 Tbs cold water

Directions

    Blitz together all ingredients in a food processor, roll out into pie dish and cool in the fridge. Blind bake at 200°C for 10 minutes and cook usually at 180°C. Best straight from fridge to oven.
