- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 15 oz. can or 1 2/3 c. kidney beans (undrained)
- 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
- 1 1/2 oz. pkg. chili seasoning mix
- 10 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 10 (1/2-inch) cubes sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
Directions

1Brown meat and pepper; drain.

2Add beans, tomatoes and seasoning mix.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Separate dough.

5Place cheese cube in each and fold over; seal well.

6Roll in butter; coat with crumbs.

7Arrange biscuits on top of mixture.

8Bake at 375° for 18 to 22 minutes until brown.

9Cook in 2-quart casserole.
