- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. Minute oats
- 2 c. coconut (optional)
- 5 c. cornflakes (not crushed)
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1In a large bowl, cream sugars, oil and eggs.

2Stir in baking soda and powder, salt, flour, oats, coconut, cornflakes, chocolate chips, raisins and nuts; mix well.

3Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies; bake for 10 to 12 minutes for crunchy cookies.
