  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute oats
  • 2 c. coconut (optional)
  • 5 c. cornflakes (not crushed)
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    In a large bowl, cream sugars, oil and eggs.

    Stir in baking soda and powder, salt, flour, oats, coconut, cornflakes, chocolate chips, raisins and nuts; mix well.

    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies; bake for 10 to 12 minutes for crunchy cookies.
