Ingredients

  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped dates or raisins
  • 4 c. corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats (quick cooking)
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix sugar, brown sugar, eggs, cooking oil and vanilla.

    Add plain flour, baking soda, salt, nuts, dates or raisins, cornflakes, rolled oats and coconut.

    Mix well and drop on greased cookie sheet.

    Cook at 325° until done.
