- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. oats (quick)
- 4 c. cornflakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl.

3Mix well.

4Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add sugar, oil and egg mixture, then oats and cornflakes.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.

7Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes or to desired brownness. If making smaller cookies, bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield:
