- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 6 c. water
- 29 oz. tomato sauce
- 30 oz. Great Northern beans
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cooked ditalini pasta
Directions

1In large pot, heat oil & saute ham, onion & garlic until tender.

2Add water, sauce, beans, parsley and pepper and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes to blend flavors.

4Add pasta.

5Serve with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
