  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

    Cook water, syrup and sugar to a soft ball.

    Beat egg whites stiff, but not dry, and pour the hot mixture over them and beat. When the mixture will begin to stand in a peak, add nuts and vanilla.
