  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook sugar, syrup and water to 255°.

    Beat egg whites stiff. Pour syrup mixture in a fine stream into egg whites while beating with electric mixer.

    Add vanilla and continue to beat.

    Beat by hand until mixture begins to lose gloss.
  5. 5
    Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
