  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves

    Cut chicken in 1/2-inch cubes.

    Drain oranges.
