- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 4 tart apples, cored and cut into rings
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
Directions

1Brown chops in hot fat; sprinkle with salt and sage.

2Place in baking dish; top with apple rings.

3Sprinkle with sugar.

4Add flour to fat in skillet; blend.

5Add water and vinegar and cook until thick.

6Add raisins.

7Pour over chops.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
