- 1/2 cups Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 cup Fresh Or Frozen Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 box Gelatin (a 1 Ounce Box Contains 4 Envelops)

2Pour juice and berries into a small saucepan.

3Heat over medium heat until berries are softened, about 2 minutes.

5Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons honey and stir until completely mixed.

7Puree the mixture using a blender.

9Pour the puree into a medium bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

11Slowly pour one envelope of gelatin into the bowl while whisking constantly.

12Once whisked together, add another envelope of gelatin while whisking constantly.

13Continue until all 4 envelopes have been added.

14The mixture should be pretty smooth.

16Pour mixture into a small rectangular or square pan.
