Ingredients

  • 500 g rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 cup sunflower oil
  • 12 cup honey
  • 2 cups dried fruit

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 oC.

    Mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.

    Gently heat the honey and oil until runny.
  4. 4
    Mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.
  5. 5
    Check and turn about every 10 minutes.

    Total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.

    Cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).

    When cool put in an airtight container.
