- 500 g rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup sunflower oil
- 12 cup honey
- 2 cups dried fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 oC.

2Mix dry ingredients together in your oven dish.

3Gently heat the honey and oil until runny.

4Mix oil and honey into dry ingredienst and bake.

5Check and turn about every 10 minutes.

6Total baking time 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden.

7Cool then add the dried fruit (craisins, raisins, apple, apricots, banana etc).

8When cool put in an airtight container.
