- 3 cups milk
- 8 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.

3Add bread; stir until evenly moistened.

4Add spinach, bacon and 1 cup cheese; mix lightly.

5Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.

6Refrigerate overnight.
