- 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook potatoes; mash with electric mixer until there are no lumps.

2Mix again, adding all ingredients; cool.

3Put in a greased casserole.

4Dot with butter.

5Cook at 350° for 40 minutes until heated through.

6Cook uncovered.

7Can be prepared a few days ahead and refrigerated until the day you want to serve them.
