  • 1 cup white rice
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 14 pistachios

Directions

    Place the rice in a saucepan and cover with water.

    Simmer for 20 min and then add the milk and mix until the mixtre starts to thicken.

    Stir in orange blossom and water.

    when rice is cooked add rose water.

    Pour mixturebinto individual serving bowls then rfrigerate for 2 hours.

    garnish with pistachio.
