  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 apples
  • 1/3 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.

    Add sugar and vanilla along with the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda, oil, sliced, unpeeled apples and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
